my story

Hi, I’m Nicole – a loyal friend, amazing wife (just ask my husband), Mom of one that is doing my best on the daily and a REAL ESTATE HOME STAGING CONSULTANT & STYLIST.

My professional background is in corporate sales and marketing. I loved the hustle; fast pace, strategic thinking, relationship building, device dinging non-stop life. I met some amazing colleagues, brilliant entrepreneurs and still have the same mentors today.

Fast forward 15yrs - corporate out, Mom in. I did all the mom things for a few years; it was fun but not entirely fulfilling. I needed to feed my soul.

I have always been a creative thinker. I have fully renovated and designed my own homes, created award winning ad campaigns, I even worked in visual merchandising creating home and lifestyle vignettes. When it came time to get back to work the decision was easy, I wanted to be part of the design community. I pursued my studies in decorating and design. I had the pleasure of working alongside an incredible designer who gave me autonomy to use and implement my ideas while challenging me to expand my thinking.

Having to hit pause during the pandemic like so many, as terrible as this time was, it gave me time to reflect and empowered me even further to get back to living once the classroom had re-opened. Although I love all aspects of interior design the installation is the reward for me. I can’t express the gratification I experience when I stand back and take it all in.

In comes Staging and my pursuit to happiness. I furthered my education, joined a long-standing staging firm in the region and hit the ground running - I haven’t looked back.

I can honestly say that all my experience has collided and without my career path, life, and education experience I don’t think I would be a success at this. Sales and relationship management elevates my consultative approach. Marketing allows me to better understand buying behaviour. Education ensures I understand the ‘why & how’. Interior design keeps me present and on trend however encourages me to always nod to the past. Parenting has taught me patience and empathy. Finally, PASSION, it fuels my soul and reflects in all that I do in this endeavour I love so much.

Not a day goes by that I don’t know how lucky I am.
